Our interns play a vital part in the success of our organization. We are currently seeking Interns for the following areas:
Internet Marketing: You will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of social networking and research opportunities for online marketing. You will research stories for our web site as well as analyze data from various online initiatives.
Direct Mail Research and Production: You will be responsible for researching stories for direct mail appeals, according to planned themes. You will manage the production schedule, ensuring timely submission of content and support other requests made of the agency. You will also have the opportunity to learn how to analyze, budget, and evaluate direct mail programs and participate in strategic marketing meetings.
Direct Dialogue Production: You will support the Marketing Manager with a program to recruit monthly donors. You will be responsible for producing packets of information for donors based on the weekly recruitment needs. You will assist with tracking cancellations, enhancing marketing materials used to solicit sponsors, and other support tasks as needed. You will also have the opportunity to learn how to evaluate and analyze program results through database queries.
Sponsorship Administration: You will provide support for the sponsorship department by assisting with letter-writing, research, mailings and registration processing. You will learn how to use Raiser's Edge database software to set up records, process gifts, and run performance reports. You will also have the opportunity to assist the Sponsorship Coordinator with sponsor cultivation and volunteer networking!
Executive Administration: Assist in maintaining correspondence with major individual, corporate and foundation donors on behalf of CEO and CDO; perform research on the wealth capacity of individuals and granting opportunities with major corporations and foundations; and create and maintain a structured paper filing system for major accounts.
