Volunteer Internships Available Year-Round

Washington, D.C. Office of SOS Children's Villages

SOS Children's Villages-USA is a nonprofit organization based in Washington, DC that raises funds for SOS Children's Villages International. These funds go to over 500 SOS villages in over 130 countries around the world to provide permanent, loving homes for children orphaned or abandoned because of AIDS, war, poverty, environmental disasters, or political unrest. Each home is part of a village, and each child has a loving mother -- often for the first time in his or her life. Besides creating and sustaining villages, SOS also supports emergency relief, schools, social programs and medical facilities worldwide.
