Lynn M. Croneberger, CFRE, is Chief Executive Officer of SOS Children's Villages-USA, the U.S. Headquarters of SOS Children's Villages International. Ms. Croneberger has extensive experience in fund-raising and nonprofit leadership. Prior to joining SOS Children’s Villages, she was Vice President of Development for The Wilderness Society and Reading is Fundamental in Washington, D.C. She was also Executive Director for the Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital Foundation and Memorial Foundation, Executive Director of the American Heart Association of South Florida as well as Vice President for United Way of Broward County, Florida. Ms. Croneberger is a certified fundraising executive (CFRE) and was the 2011 President of the Washington, D.C. Metro Area Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP).
Senior Director, Marketing and Communications
Claudia Ender was born and raised in Austria - the country where Hermann Gmeiner founded SOS Children’s Villages over 60 years ago. Ms. Ender has over a decade of marketing and communications experience. She kick-started her career working with Microsoft in the US and Austria, then subsequently established her own consulting firm, engaging with both for-profit as well as non-profit organizations. Prior to joining SOS, she was the National Marketing Director at Friends of the Orphans, an organization that provides caring homes for abandoned, orphaned, and neglected children. Ms. Ender is proud to be able to continue supporting children in need, and advocating for children’s rights, through her work at SOS Children’s Villages USA - the organization she has admired since she was a small child.
April H. Quinlan
Senior Director, External Relations
April H. Quinlan is the Senior Director, External Relations at SOS Children’s Villages –USA. Ms. Quinlan has extensive experience in non-profit management, special events, public policy and community outreach. Before joining SOS USA team, she owned a boutique event planning and fundraising firm, The H-Q Group. She has also worked at Reading Is Fundamental, The Avon Walk for Breast Cancer, The Annie E. Casey Foundation, and the Mile High Youth Corps. Her passion for working to provide loving homes for children stems from her experience working with children in foster care in the US and with street children and AIDS orphans in Tanzania. She graduated from the College of William and Mary in Virginia and earned a Master’s Degree in Non-Profit Management and Public Policy from Johns Hopkins University. Ms. Quinlan lives with her husband and two cats in Washington, DC.
Director, Administrative Services
Kelly Wise is the Director, Administrative Services at SOS Children’s Villages –USA, Inc. Ms. Wise brings a diverse and extensive background in office management, human resources and administration for nonprofit organizations. Prior to joining SOS Children’s Villages, she served on senior teams at both the Prince George’s Chamber of Commerce and Prince George’s County YMCA where she gained a large part of her skills. Her passion and commitment working with children has always been her desire. Ms. Wise attended the University of Maryland Baltimore County and resides in the Metropolitan Washington area with her husband and children.
Senior Director, Corporate Relations
Cynthia Woodruff is the Senior Director, Corporate Relations at SOS Children’s Villages –USA.
Ms. Woodruff brings her wealth of experience from corporate sales and marketing along with her nonprofit marketing and fundraising success to lead Corporate Relations and Cause Marketing. Prior to joining SOS Children’s Villages, she was Vice President, Marketing & Communications at Rebuilding Together which was her first entree into nonprofit after a successful career with various major media companies, the most recent as Director Marketing and Communications at ABC. She is also a certified foster and adoptive parent in her home county and thus has a natural affinity for the work of SOS Children’s Villages. She earned her undergraduate degree at Syracuse University and her Masters at a joint program of Cornell University and Baruch College of New York. She lives with her husband and son sharing space with multiple rescue dogs and one highly confident cat in the Washington DC Metro region.
