03/01/2012 - On 12 January 2010, a massive earthquake struck Haiti claiming the lives of more than 230,000 people and affecting three million others. Significant progress has been made in reconstructing Haiti. Nevertheless, the country remains closer to a state of emergency and not close enough to a path of stability and a future that offers opportunities.
