Stella McCartney's magical kids clothes will help SOS

Update: Disney's 'Maleficent' opened in theaters on May 30 and the Stella McCartney Kids' clothing line benefitting SOS Children's Villages is now on sale.

Ten percent of the profits made from the 'Maleficent' clothing line will directly benefit SOS Children's Villages.

The movie, starring Angelina Jolie, was a hit in its opening weekend at the US box office, making $69 million from American audiences on top of the $100 million it's earned internationally.

03/25/2014: Fashion designer Stella McCartney’s new line of children’s clothes will directly benefit SOS Children’s Villages. In a recently announced partnership, McCartney’s unique collection for the upcoming Disney movie Maleficent will be sold online and in stores. 10 percent of the profits will be donated to SOS Children’s Villages to help orphaned and abandoned children around the world.
The eight playful outfits for girls and boys, inspired by the magical characters from Disney's new film include princess-like dresses, dark edgy t-shirts and more.
The film explores the untold story of the iconic villain from the 1959 classic Sleeping Beauty. It is a dramatic story of revenge and love, and will hit theaters on May 30.
The lead character is played by Angelina Jolie, a long-time supporter of SOS Children's Villages.

“I like to visit and support the SOS Children’s Villages in the world because I have seen that the children are growing up in a safe and loving environment,” Jolie previously said.
