A caring, stable family environment is vital to a child's development and overall well-being.

However, one in ten children around the world is growing up alone, without the love and protection of a parent. This Mother’s Day, SOS Children’s Villages is partnering with EQ3 to build loving, stable families for vulnerable children living without parental care. These families are led by trained caregivers known as SOS mothers. SOS mothers raise generations of children as their own and meet their physical and emotional needs from infancy right up to adulthood.
