Craig S. Sarsony

Craig Sarsony serves as Chief Operating Officer for SOS Children’s Villages and has over 20 years of nonprofit financial and operational management experience. Most recently, he was the Senior Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at The Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation, an organization working primarily in Africa to eradicate HIV/AIDS in children. He has held the roles of CFO/Vice President for Finance at the Grameen Foundation and the Eurasia Foundation. His extensive experience also includes working overseas with Save the Children in its Dominican Republic field office and as a Financial Officer with the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.

Craig received his Master of Business Administration and Master of Public Health degrees from Columbia University. He enjoys using his strategic, management and financial experience to strengthen the operational platforms of nonprofit organizations so that they are better positioned to achieve their missions.

Kirsten Feyling serves at the Senior Director of Integrated Marketing at SOS Children’s Villages - USA. Kirsten leads the Brand, Communications and Marketing team at SOS and works with individual donors to help them make a real difference in the world. She has over 15 years of experience in fundraising, marketing and communications for nonprofit organizations, with significant expertise in fundraising analytics.

Kirsten previously worked as a marketing and fundraising consultant for a variety of NGOs, including large national and international organizations. She holds an undergraduate degree from Willamette University.

Lora Sodini is the Director of Philanthropy and Partnerships at SOS Children’s Villages - USA, where she cultivates transformational gifts to help the world’s most vulnerable children. She has over a decade of experience in fundraising, marketing, relationship management and strategy development for both nonprofit organizations and private-sector companies.

Lora works closely with SOS’s principal donors, foundations and strategic partners to help them fulfill their philanthropic goals. She holds an undergraduate degree from Miami University.

Meron Mathias

Meron Mathias leads the Corporate & Foundation Partnerships team at SOS Children’s Villages - USA.  She is experienced in the design, delivery and messaging of measurable corporate-cause partnerships that generate awareness and action to fuel efforts that lift up vulnerable children, families and communities. She has structured powerfully branded cause marketing campaigns, developed social impact programs and launched integrated outreach initiatives, mobilizing consumers, workforces and influencers. Prior to joining SOS Children’s Villages - USA, Meron worked as an account manager to socially responsible Fortune 500s and multinationals and in-house at leading national and international nonprofit organizations focused on economic empowerment, education, preventive health care and humanitarian aid.

She holds a Bachelor of Science from the College of William and Mary and a Master of Business Administration from George Mason University.
