If you guessed "D," you are correct!

202 million children under age five—approximately one in three—experiences food poverty, including four-year-old Elvira from North Macedonia.

Elvira has just one wish on her World’s Shortest Wish List this holiday season: enough food to eat.

Since Elvira’s father lost his job, the family can’t manage to put food on the table for their three children. In fact, Elvira’s three-month-old baby brother nearly died because they had nothing to feed him but pasteurized milk, which made him gravely ill. Thankfully, SOS Children’s Villages rushed 20 cans of baby formula to Elvira’s family that same day, saving the baby’s life

For many vulnerable families, like Elvira’s, relief provided by SOS Children’s Villages is their only source of food… and it’s made possible by donations from people like you.

Elvira’s parents stretch the contents of their food packages, only feeding their family once each day. “We can’t afford to eat more often,” Elvira’s mother says. “I hear Elvira’s tummy grumble.

Please donate right away to provide nourishing food to children who are hungry.
