SOS USA is seeking an Associate Director, Digital Engagement to be part of a dynamic and agile Marketing team that will support rapid growth within the US market. In this position you will be responsible for strategy, development, set-up, maintenance, and monitoring of digital fundraising and online systems that drive the mission and goals of the organization forward. Emphasis will be on top of funnel content to attract and engage new audiences as well as retaining and reengaging our file of current supporters.
This position will manage our website, develop and execute an ongoing optimization strategy that includes strategic content development with a focus on SEO to improve search rankings. The role will also be responsible for our growing email program overseeing the execution, optimization, reporting and insights and will work collaboratively with colleagues on the overall strategy.
This position is remote and reports to the Senior Director, Sponsorship and Marketing and supports the digital efforts of other departments within the organization. You will have close collaboration with team members in the US, the international headquarters in Austria, SOS member associations in other countries and with external vendors. Integration, collaboration and attention to detail to manage a busy and fast paced environment are critical to the success of this position.
