Major Gift Officer, SOS Children's Villages USA (Full Time - Remote):

Reporting to the Senior Director of Development and Corporate & Foundation Relations, and working closely with the incoming CEO, the major gift officer will develop and execute strategies to cultivate, solicit and steward five, six, and seven+ figure gifts from a portfolio of ~150 high net worth donors and prospects. This position will play a key role in developing the major gifts pyramid and pipeline of donors that projects revenue over a two to three-year rolling period.



Development Coordinator, SOS Children's Villages USA (Full Time - Hybrid):

The Development Coordinator is a dual employee who will aid in supporting the department's multichannel fundraising processes associated with the organization's fundraising databases. This position serves as the manager of core data and analyst researching philanthropy data in support of the development team, as well as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on a wide variety of matters pertaining to the organization.



Business Development Manager (Full Time - Remote):

The Business Development Manager will work closely with the Business Development and Grants Management team to grow the pipeline of new corporate and foundation partners. This position includes extensive prospecting and research; the writing of compelling concepts and proposals reflecting innovative programs and initiatives in approximately 10 countries; management of a reporting and stewardship calendar for the portfolio; and close coordination with colleagues from across the global organization - all done with a focus on the overarching goal of increasing robust corporate and foundation revenue growth for SOS USA. This position will report to the Associate Director of Program Strategy and Business Development and will also work closely with the Program Manager.

The Business Development Manager helps drive fundraising success to ensure the financial health and sustainable impact of SOS Children's Villages USA.



Digital Advertising Analyst (Full Time - Remote):

The Advertising Analyst will work closely with the Marketing team to navigate the complex world of modern digital advertising and marketing. We'll look to you to envision, execute and refine our integrated digital strategy. This is a high growth, high visibility area with plenty of opportunities to enhance your skillset and build your career. This position will report to the Associate Director of Digital Engagement.

There is no such thing as a typical day. You will support multiple teams internally and support business development activities on strategic and federation priorities. You will be a digital advertising solution owner and subject matter resource. You are proficient in creating, implementing, managing and reporting on all paid media strategies.



Social Media Engagement Manager (Full Time - Remote):

SOS Children's Villages USA is seeking an enthusiastic Social Media Engagement Manager to support the Marketing team with the collection, curation and development of written, social media, multimedia and digital content. Your focus will be to create content and drive the overarching narrative to inspire audiences to support our mission and donate to help vulnerable children and families. This role is instrumental for developing across-the-funnel engagement, converting awareness to engagement and contribution.
