About the RBG for SOS Endowment
In keeping with her wishes, following Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s death, items from her personal estate were donated to SOS Children’s Villages and auctioned to establish the RBG for SOS Endowment.
Each year, 5.5% of the RBG for SOS Endowment will be directed to one or more specific programs in the SOS Children’s Villages portfolio supporting the empowerment of girls and women. Non-political and non-sectarian, SOS Children’s Villages’ holistic programs are designed to ensure sustained impact and focus on strengthening all aspects of life for children and their families, as well as supporting the communities in which they live.
Justice Ginsburg’s inspiring example encourages us all to honor and continue her legacy of tirelessly serving, protecting and advocating for the most vulnerable amongst us--ensuring that every child has a loving home, a caring family and the opportunity to reach their potential.
